What is unique about Enchiridion Seminars is that you will be shown how to adjust around three different axes of motion, P-A and A-P rotation, lateral flexion, and flexion/extension.
Unlike other seminars you will be shown how to adjust the cervical spine in flexion and Anterior-to-Posterior rotation. These are the adjustments that have the greatest effect on reducing the over-stimulation of the Sympathetic Nervous System.
You will be taught effective methods to adjust C0-C1 and the health benefits this brings.
You will also be shown rare, but extremely effective adjustments such as adjusting the thoracic spine in lateral flexion that are not taught elsewhere.
You will be taught about the Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demand Principle, SAID, and how it affects biomechanics and the nervous system.
You will be taught how to effectively adjust the extremities to being about long term health improvements.
