Do you sell domain names (www.yourwebsitename.co.uk)
No, you may register your domain name (website name) with any domain registrar.
Do you offer web hosting services?
No, you may use any web hosting provider you like. We would be happy to advise you as to which package would be suitable for your needs.
Do you provide website support?
Yes, once your website has been launched you can subscribe to one of our support packages.
When my website is launched, how do I look after it?
WordPress (and most other website platforms) and the plugins we use to build your website, need to be updated regularly (just like apps on your phone). We have a basic monthly package available on subscription to take care of it for you.
What if I want to make changes to my website myself?
Our custom option includes a one-to-one online training session where we show you around your new website backend and how to change text and images. Our prepared websites will offer this as an optional add-on.
How long will it take to to get my custom website?
A custom website usually takes about 6-8 weeks to complete. This depends on our schedule as well as your ability to provide us with all the required information when we require it. A 50-70% deposit (depending on the size of your website) will secure a spot in our schedule and we will communicate phases and dates with you well in advance.
If I buy a prepared layout, will my website look the same as someone else's?
No. If 3 chiropractors buy the same prepared layout (5-page or 1-page), your websites will not look the same because we personalise it with your branding in mind. Using different images also play a big role in distinguishing one website from another. If you like the look and feel of the original prepared layout, you will love it when it's branded with your logo, brand colours and other branded elements.
