Listings & Advertising
- All tickets through sold through our booking system on your behalf will be non-refundable and non-transferable through our system, due to our split payment system. Refunds and transfer requests need to be dealt with outside of ChiroHub and directly with the customer, and any decision is made at your discretion.
- Payment will be taken on booking through our system, and your balance will be transferred to a wallet in your account. This can be requested to be transferred to you at any point.
- If you provide certificates for your events, these will need to be sent directly from you to the customer.
- Our set listing fee is 7.5% of the sold ticket price, including the transaction fee.
- There are extra payable services available to you, and these will be discussed if there is a need to boost your product.
- We cannot guarantee a sale of your tickets and cannot offer refunds if you do not achieve the desired results. However, we want everyone to succeed and we will therefore always make suggestions and do what we can to help boost sales.

Users
- Tickets sold through our website on behalf of educators are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please discuss directly with the educator and a decision will be made at their discretion.
- For events organised by ChiroHub, please contact us directly if you’re unable to attend an event you’ve booked with us and we can discuss your options. We cannot consider refunds within 6 weeks of the event. In the circumstance where we cannot offer a refund, tickets are transferrable to another person.
- We are not responsible for the events advertised through our site, unless they are ChiroHub events. For any questions, queries or complaints, please contact the educator directly. We will always try to ensure those listed with us are trusted and professional educators that will provide the education as described.
