About

Graduated in 2003 from AECC. Worked as an associate for nearly 3 years in the Netherlands, mainly using Gonstead and Diversified. I opened my own practice in 2006 and fell in love with Network Spinal Analysis in 2007. I studied intensively for over a decade with Donny Epstein and attended almost all the European seminars multiple times in that period. I also looked outside the profession, specifically to look at trauma and how to empower our clients more. I want to help people become truly well, and that requires them to take responsibility for their health. A big part of that is helping them to become more subtly aware of their body and mind, and how it affects their health. Chiropractically, I want them to develop the internal strategies to support empowerment, which is where my work now focuses. I've mentored and coached people in technique for the past decade and am passionate about integrating tonal approaches into chiropractic. Specifically, I'm interested in the impact of emotional stress on our wellbeing and how chiropractic can help.
