A one-day, hands-on CPD masterclass in traditional total body adjustment for osteopaths, chiropractors and final-year students. Leave with a complete, repeatable routine and the confidence to take on complex presentations from day one.

Full description:
Most practitioners are taught techniques. Very few are taught a system.

This intensive one-day masterclass, led by Dan Trussler (Osteopath and Director of VITAL Health, Essex), teaches a structured traditional total body adjustment routine from the ground up. The day is built around three things: understanding the principles that hold the whole routine together, watching the full sequence demonstrated live, and spending the majority of the day practising it under supervision with real-time corrections.

You will leave with a clear, repeatable whole-body routine you can use in clinic the very next day.

What you will learn:

Whole-body sequence. A logical order of assessment and treatment that applies to almost any patient presentation, taught from first principles.

Reading the system. How to identify the primary driver behind compensating patterns, so you treat the cause rather than chasing pain from region to region.

Confident hands. Supervised paired practice on each adjustment with individual correction, the fastest route to genuine clinical confidence.

What’s included:

Full day of theory, live demonstration and supervised hands-on practice. Group capped at 12 for real individual attention. Digital take-home manual with the complete routine. CPD certificate of attendance. Lunch and refreshments throughout.

Who is it for:

Osteopaths and chiropractors wanting more confidence with total body adjustment. Final-year students graduating this summer are very welcome — no prior adjustment experience beyond your training is required.

FAQ

Is this suitable for me if I graduated more than a few years ago?

The day is primarily designed for osteopaths and chiropractors in the earlier stages of their career, and for final-year students about to qualify. That said, if you feel you never properly consolidated a whole-body adjustment routine and want to build one from solid foundations, you are welcome to get in touch before booking and we can have a quick conversation about whether the day is right for you.

How hands-on is it really? I want to practise, not just watch

The bulk of the day is supervised paired practice. After an opening session on the principles and a full live demonstration of the sequence, you spend the afternoon working through the routine on real bodies with corrections in the moment. You will not spend the day watching from a chair.

What level of prior experience do I need?

You should be a qualified osteopath or chiropractor, or a final-year student on an accredited programme. Beyond that, no specific prior experience with total body adjustment is needed. The day is built to take you from wherever you are to a confident, repeatable routine.

Will this count towards my CPD hours?

Yes. Every attendee receives a CPD certificate of attendance at the end of the day. You also take home a digital manual of the complete routine, so you have a reference to go back to as you build the work into your practice.

What happens if the day is fully booked?

Places are capped at 12 to keep the group genuinely small and practical. If the day is full when you try to book, you can join the waitlist and you will be the first to hear when the next date opens. Waitlist members get first refusal before places go public.
